-Bruce Mpofu aka ” DJ Blackmyth ” born 12 November 1994. I’m part of the duo “BlackStrobe” , genres I play ” Deep house , Soulful House , commercial house , tribal house and afro house”

-I started mixing on Virtual Dj at the age of 14 but started taking the whole mixing business at the age of 16 when I was in grade 11 . - I love the art of mixing purely to entertain people , watch people dance to the music I’m playing and most of all it’s all for the love of house music .

- I’m inspired by both local and international dj’s . Internationally = Lars Berenroth , Rocco , Ralf Gum , Atjazz Locally = Chymamusique , Da Capo , FunkDeepstar , Lulo Cafe , The Layders. - my most favourite track @ the moment is ’ I got this feeling - FunkDeepstar & Mr O ft Ckenz Voucal (original mix) which is part of my mix for ‘The Pencil Boy Show’ on UJ FM.

This Sunday we feature our last Dj for October, and no better way to end it off with a deep mix from Master Simz ,including an exclusive track just for our listening pleasure.

This week we are also proud to announce our Newest Team member and new resident to DFTM which is DJ RU-B.With the Success of achieving height in his DJ career so rapidly,playing at big events such as H2O & Woodstock aswell as an impressive list of clubs he has played at,we look forward to having him on the show.He will feature once a month starting from next month,watch this Space :D

In the upcoming sundays we have lined-up some really talent dj’s such as BLACKMYTH,ROBXESSIV & LEGS,RU-B,JIN’SAY and CHRIS COURAGEOUS and Maybe special guests from the UK bringing us those insane beats.

ABOUT PROJECT FUNK:

Project Funk is a DJ duo from pretoria specializing in deep house, Jackin House and Tech house. Michael creevy and Vincent vazzola are both 19 years old and fell inlove with the underground music scene in 2009 and have both been djing for about 2 years. their love for music has grown and developed into a life style for both of them. Project funk are resident dj’s at sensual sundays which is a sunday party filled with deep house vibes. We also play at stones centurion in the VIP lounge.
